Daniel Anderson is the CEO and founder of ASA. Daniel entered the recruiting industry in 2013 after spending 8-years in the United States Marine Corps. From 2013 to 2015 Daniel focused on building high-performance teams for the nations Top ENR organizations in the design-build industry.

In 2015, Daniel was introduced to the Anesthesia community by his wife who is a Pediatric CRNA in Kansas City, MO. He quickly discovered a number of pain points that providers absorb both politically and professionally and began recruiting for facilities throughout the Midwest.
​
Daniel is most passionate about offering providers the ability to tap back into their career, transform their desires, and find enjoyment in their profession.
Daniel and his wife enjoy raising their three children Maddox, McCoy, and Peyton. You can usually find the family outdoors, playing sports, hiking the mountains of Colorado, visiting the Islands of Hawai'i, and exploring National parks.
